How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh daily without added preservatives. They stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in their original packaging, or you can freeze them for up to 6 months to enjoy later.
Do you offer gluten-free or nut-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free products. However, please note that all our treats are produced in a facility that also processes wheat, milk, soy, eggs, and tree nuts.
When will my order ship?
To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday will typically ship the following Monday to avoid weekend transit.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a custom gift message that we will print on the packing slip at no extra charge.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
